A connector is fastened in the hole, which connector has a bolt extending along a central axis and a sleeve fastened on the bolt. The bolt has a head portion and a shank portion with retaining grooves. The sleeve is fastened to the bolt on the side of the second surface such that the inner surface thereof engages with the retaining grooves and prevents a relative movement of bolt and sleeve parallel to the central axis. The sleeve has an outside diameter which is greater than the diameter of the hole in the workpiece arrangement. The sleeve is cut and or the bolt, and the connector is removed from the hole.

A blind fastener for connecting workpieces includes a bolt and nut. The bolt includes a shaft, bolt head, and lug. The bolt head is between the shaft and lug and extends radially outward from the shaft. The shaft defines external threads opposite the bolt head. The lug includes a first tool engagement portion and a first frangible portion that frangibly couples the lug to the bolt head. The nut includes a sleeve, nut head, and handling member. The shaft is threadably received in the sleeve. The nut head extends radially outward from the sleeve and defines a recess that receives the bolt head. The handling member surrounds at least a portion of the lug. The handling member includes a second frangible portion and a second tool engagement portion. The second frangible portion frangibly couples the second tool engagement portion to the nut head.

 一種深孔套筒驅動桿,尤特指中空管體的頭、尾兩端處設有二擴大部,該二擴大部的內部設有二套接孔槽,作為套接一驅動頭與一驅動工具之用,該套接孔槽沿著軸心處設有複數條呈等分配置的剖溝槽,藉以在複數條該剖溝槽之間形成複數片彈性夾片,該二擴大部的外部設有二外螺紋,作為鎖結固定二快速拆裝螺帽之用,使用者僅需旋緊或旋鬆該二快速拆裝螺帽,使得該複數片彈性夾片向內收束或向外擴張,讓該二套接孔槽閉合或開脫於該驅動頭與該驅動工具的二套接軸部,達到快速組裝、拆卸該驅動頭與該驅動工具之用;同時,該中空管體與該驅動頭、該驅動工具之間的真圓與同軸心精度高,在實際操作使用時,不會有偏擺搖晃的情形發生,為其特徵者。

02. Facade panel screw and fastening arrangement comprising same [ US11353053 ] :

A facade panel screw for the optimized fastening of facade panel elements on a substructure has a head with very large diameter DK, a substantially cylinder cross-sectional shaft, which is at least partially provided with a thread (nominal diameter DS) and a conical tip comprising a tip angle γ. The thread extends continuously from the shaft to the tip. It is characterizing that the tip angle γ is 45°+/−10°, the thread is embodied at least in a two-threaded manner, the head diameter DK is embodied at least twice as large as the nominal diameter DS; and the facade panel screw does not have a drill tip. Such a facade panel screw is used in a fastening arrangement, which comprises a load-bearing component (substructure) and a facade panel. Due to its design, the facade panel screw is able to simplify the fastening of the facade panel and to at least partially correct an inclined positioning in response to the installation.

02. Locking Device [ US20220178400 ] :

A locking device (11), e.g. a lock washer, for use with a screw threaded fastener (71), said locking device comprising at least a first disc-like body (12) comprising an annular portion (13) with at least one aperture (15) therein and a central through-hole (14) e.g. a washer having notches (15) open to the outer periphery and at least one further body (25) held in said one aperture (15). The further body may be shim (22) also having a central hole (24) and at least one tab (25) which extends through the notch (15) and has an end portion which juts above adjacent surface of the washer to engage an adjacent surface on the fastener when compressed, on tightening of the fastener deflects within the void of the aperture in which it is located under the influence of the tightening of the engaging surface such that under any tendency to loosen, the tab jams against the opposing surfaces and resist loosening of the fastener.
