From a learner to owning a business including expanding factories, to franchising, we took every step with the modestest attitude, care and endless effort. We believe “humanity” “kindness” and “sharing” as the company is growing, which is the reason every staff support each other to get through every growing stage and achieve today’s May-Fair. Lately, we plan to focus on “talent workers”, “environmental protection” and “giveback”. For “talent worker” project, we focus on the interactions between schools and us in hope to cultivate more talent workers. For “environmental protection” project, we not only eliminate old machinery and invest on more environmental protection ones, we also educate our staff to protect our environment at all time to make sure it is not just a slogan. For “giveback”project, we hire more special education specialists which is more than government demanded to show our appreciation in order to provide our staff new skills and not just to give them something they could spend. In the future, May-Fair will give everyone a different, more professional and complete product line and create more excellent products.
