Company Profile Stainless Steel Fasteners & Wire Manufacturer Founded in Taiwan in 1968, Sen Chang Industrial Co., Ltd. is an experienced manufacturer of stainless steel fasteners. Over the years, we have expanded our manufacturing capabilities to include stainless steel wire drawing, providing greater control over material condition and manufacturing consistency. Today, we manufacture a wide range of stainless steel fasteners, including tapping screws, self-drilling screws, machine screws, socket fasteners, high-tensile stainless steel fasteners, SEMS screws, and special fasteners. We also supply stainless steel wire for various manufacturing applications. Manufacturing Capabilities Our manufacturing capabilities cover stainless steel screws from M1.6 to M16 and stainless steel wire from O0.60 mm to O25.00 mm, subject to product design, material, dimensions, and other technical requirements. In addition to standard products, customized fasteners are an important part of our business. We manufacture products according to customer drawings, samples, and applicable international standards, including IFI, DIN, BS, JIS, and ISO. Our experience in stainless steel materials, wire processing, cold forming, threading, and secondary operations enables us to evaluate different product requirements and develop appropriate manufacturing processes for both standard and customized products. Materials and Process Control Material quality is an important foundation of reliable fastener production. We source stainless steel from established producers and have accumulated extensive experience in processing various stainless steel grades for both fastener manufacturing and wire applications. By combining wire drawing with fastener manufacturing, we are able to maintain closer control over material condition before cold forming and improve manufacturing consistency throughout the production process. From material preparation and forming to secondary processing and final inspection, our focus is on maintaining stable manufacturing conditions and meeting the specifications agreed with our customers.
