In order to increase added value of the product and promote quality, Ma-Tou Plant has been expanded to produce spheroidize annealed wire for screw industries since 1989. In 1992, Quintain Steel Co., LTD. was established as a publicly-listed company. For integrating upstream and downstream industgries, stabilizing the sources of raw material and responding demands of the domestic economic development, we built Kuan-Tien Plant with the annual capacity of 400,000 MT of hot rolled steel wire rod in 1996.
