"Peak Tech Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. Was established in 1683. Mr. Lo-Jen Chang, the founder of Peak Tech, was graduated from the National Cheng-Kung University majoring in Metallurgical Engineering. Mr. Chang, who has a scientific mind of an engineer and the persistence of a perfectionist, has been devotion himself in the production of hard metal and has been recommended as one of the few experts in the field of Powder Metallurgy in Taiwan.
